SERGIY BOLOTNY COMPOSER
Sergiy Bolotny had begun composing, with pieces like the 8 Ukrainian caprices, Music for violin Funny Thirds and Sad Sixths , 3 Little Dutch Rapsodies
various arrangements of Ukranian, Jewish and Dutch folk songs. He is also
working on a series of concert pieces for violin.
As a music composer Sergiy Bolotny has received various awards and first prizes at
international competition level, such as for example the absolute first prize in the UK
International Music Competition 2024 for The paraphrase on the Melody by Skoryk , the
Gold Award in category composition in the International Brahms online competition 2025
and many other awards
